What is The Big Little Box?

The Big Little Box is a monthly subscription box delivering THREE trending jewelry pieces to your front door. Each piece is hand selected to keep you up to date with the latest, most fashionable trends, all at an affordable cost. 

How does it work?

When you sign up for The Big Little Box you will receive THREE unique pieces of jewelry per month. Each piece is yours to keep. 

How are the boxes priced?

The Big Little Box contains THREE pieces of jewelry for $22/month (shipping is on the house).  Each piece retails from $18-36, which puts the value of the box at $95+! That is a big deal in a LITTLE box!

When will I be charged for my subscription?

First billing takes place when you subscribe. Your next payment will automatically be scheduled for the 11th day of each month that you are subscribed. **Your card will be charged on the 11th of each month for the following month box (example: Card is charged January 11th to receive February box). 

When do you ship The Big Little Box?

We ship on the 4th day of every month. Please allow 3-5 business days for your box to arrive. ** If you subscribed between the first and last day of the month you will receive your first box the following month (example: Subscribed January 15th I will receive my first box in February.)

How can I update or make changes to my account.

You can access and make changes to your account by logging in to your account and updating your account information within account settings. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account and update your subscription information within account settings. You may also email us directly at with subject title "Cancel My Box." In the body of the email please provide the name of the account you wish to change subscription for. We will take care of the rest.

How do I GIFT a subscription to The Big Little Box?

Sharing is caring! First, you will need that someone specials shipping address so have that in hand!  1)If you are only purchasing a subscription or store item as a gift, you will fill out the shipping address for the individual receiving the gift. 2) If you are purchasing a subscription for yourself and a subscription as a gift or store jewelry,  you will need to make two transactions to input two addresses. **Unfortunately at this time we do not have the option of adding an additional shipping address portion for gifts, we apologize for any inconvenience. 

How does the Build Your Own Box Work?

The Big Little Box offers two box options, THREE Jewelry Items for $22/month and FIVE Jewelry Items for $32/month. Select the appropriate number of jewelry items to your cart. Use coupon code BYOB3 at checkout to apply discount. Use coupon code BYOB5 at checkout to apply discount. Discount will not be recognized until coupon is used at checkout. **Items that are over $10 are "Exclusive Online" items and will increase cost of box based off of difference per item. 

How can I track The Big Little Box shipment?

When stalking the mail truck doesn't work, you can always rely on our email notification which will be sent to you within 48-72 hours from the date your box ships. There you can find your tracking information. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States. We will continue to work on sending The Big Little Box overseas! 

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping is on us! Don't worry about these additional fees, we got you covered!

What if I have allergies to certain jewelry?

The jewelry pieces are comprised of various metals, including zinc alloy. If you have any allergies to certain metals, it is discouraged that you use our jewelry pieces. If you are not sure you should test the product before wearing them for a long period of time. Stop use if reaction occurs. 

There is a problem with my box.

Please contact with any issues within 7 days of receiving the box. A follow up email mail be required with additional information depending on the problem addressed. 

What is your replacement policy?

If an item has been broken during the shipping process we will offer a replacement item of similar product or product of equal value. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving package. A photo of the broken item must be taken next to the shipping label of the box. This photo must be sent to with subject title Replacement- Broken Item.  Item being replaced will be sent out with next months box or will be sent out individually if no longer a member. 

Do you offer refunds?

 All sales are final once transaction has been processed.
